Internal Debian package repository. Add it once, then apt install like anything else.

1 · Add the repo

sudo wget -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/iru.sources https://linux.iru.cl/iru.sources
sudo apt update

The sources file ships the signing key inline — no separate keyring step.

2 · Install a package

sudo apt install grafana
